At the end of 2022, a new pilot scheme backed by the government was launched to remove dangerous cladding from medium-rise buildings, where no developer can be found to pay for remediations.
As part of this pilot, Homes England have invited a select number of industry experts to join a panel of assessors to carry out FRAEW assessments on these buildings.
FRC are honoured to have been invited to join this panel of qualified assessors and be part of achieving another step to making Britain’s buildings safer.
