As market leaders, we are fully immersed and engaged with our industry.
We partner with some of the best names in the built environment and adjacent sectors, including The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) – now part of The Property Institute, AXA Insurance, Cardinus Risk Management, Covéa Insurance Nationwide Building Society, The Bletchley Group, Intelliclad and Blake Morgan Law Firm.
In late 2022 we were invited by Homes England to join the Mid-Rise Scheme Assessors Panel, made up of qualified experts who will carry out Fire Risk Assessments on eligible buildings of 11-18m in height with unsafe cladding.
We are proud to join the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Committees (DLUHC) Professional Support team for the auditing of EWS1 forms, as part of the requirements for the Safer and Greener Buildings programme. We also sit on the Cladding Works On-Site Project Engagement Forum with Faithful+Gould, a DLUHC agent.
AXA Partners
FRC are proud to be the only Façade and Fire Safety consultants to currently join the innovative group of partners and are excited for the new opportunities this will bring, and the additional support that will be provided by AXA Partners network of professionals.
