In late 2022 we were invited by Homes England to join the Mid-Rise Scheme Assessors Panel, made up of qualified experts who will carry out Fire Risk Assessments on eligible buildings of 11-18m in height with unsafe cladding.

We are proud to join the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Committees (DLUHC) Professional Support team for the auditing of EWS1 forms, as part of the requirements for the Safer and Greener Buildings programme. We also sit on the Cladding Works On-Site Project Engagement Forum with Faithful+Gould, a DLUHC agent.

FRC are proud to be the only Façade and Fire Safety consultants to currently join the innovative group of partners and are excited for the new opportunities this will bring, and the additional support that will be provided by AXA Partners network of professionals.


ARMA (now part of The Property Institute)

The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) recognise FRC as a company whose services are essential for Managing Agents. ARMA strive to circulate best practice amongst the unregulated residential leasehold sector, through their Consumer Charter and Standards.

We sit on the ARMA (Property Institute) Building Safety Group alongside DLUHC, RICS, UK Finance, The Fire Service and 75 of the UK’s largest managing agents.


Cardinus Risk Management

FR Consultants have created an alliance with Cardinus Risk Management to help achieve our mission of making Britain’s buildings safer. Through this technical partnership, our clients can benefit from a wider range of building fire safety and compliance services, from basic Fire Risk Assessments, through to specialised external wall assessments (FRAEW) and remediation.
